Product matching service 13th January 2015 Alan Malcolm Uncategorised 0 Comments One of the most frequent questions we get asked is: Do you have one like this? It might be a broken door hinge or window lock that needs to be replaced. We always recommend finding the exact match is the best solution as it will fit into any holes already drilled and keep installation costs down. We know products that were installed a while ago can sometimes be harder to identify. That’s why we offer a part matching service. This has always been an important service we offer customers. Over the years we’ve got very good at it. In fact we reckon there are not many window and door parts that we can’t match. And because we specialise in hardware for doors and windows, we often have the exact replacement part in stock. To use Sealco’s product matching service email a photo to info@sealco-scotland.com of the product you’re looking to identify. Try to get the best angle for the photo if it’s still attached to the window or door. Remember to tell us whether it’s a timber, aluminium or PVCu window as the screw fixings are often different. If there are any codes or identification marks available, please let us have these too. When we get the email we’ll then match the product, or offer a suitable alternative. We aim to make it easier for customers to get the right replacement part as quickly and easily as possible.
